Despite what you’ve read, “heads down” has been the real theme around here this winter. Our team has been super busy and running pretty fast for the last six months. While there’s certainly a time to sprint, there’s also a time to slow down and find a relaxed pace in life’s marathon.
This week, we’re going to slow down and focus on our breathing. Calm our pace. Refresh, recharge, and reenergize. And hopefully spend some serious time outdoors, because you don’t mess around when it’s 50+ degrees in Minnesota in March.
Our team always hits the ground running. But slowing down — even just a bit — gives us the chance to catch our breath, admire our surroundings, and find pleasure in our work.
An important exercise, especially when the next sprint is always just ahead.
