In September Ryan had you focus your abilities and attention with Headspace. You became mindful of your thoughts and your environment. Then Evan directed you to used that energy to be competitive to see and make choices to push yourself further.
This week, I want you to go the distance. Set aside time to gather your focus each morning. Pinpoint your goal, take aim, and GO. Don’t stop when you reach your goal – keep running, keep pushing. Do you need support? Grab that person and drag them with you till they are running as fast as you are.
Better is not enough. Crush It.
