Tonii Coleman

Tonii Coleman is a project manager in the IT industry with over 12 years of experience. She is skilled in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). Before joining Software for Good, she spent six years working for a reputable Fintech company. Her decision to join Software for Good gave her a means of fusing her passion for helping others and her capacity for empathy with her personal purpose of helping to alleviate other people’s suffering. She has also worked in the healthcare, media solutions and pulp and paper industries. She values honesty, integrity and compassion. In addition to having an MBA, Tonii possesses PMP and ACP certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
