Sometimes we get so attached to what we are working on, that we miss the easy wins that are there for the taking. In life and in code, sometimes cleaning and fixing a few things while you are already working on something else can be a good present to your future self. Oh, I already refactored that method! Oh, I already restocked the toilet paper. Go ahead and look around today and if you see anything that needs improvement in your environment, give yourself permission to run with it.
